the world is a track for things which have wheels tracks are everywhere they take me to your house i run really fast but i like things with tracks do you wanna see if you can beat me on my pretty fast golden dirt bike? i used to like trains, i still think they're cool come on the finish line is this way you might have 20,000 points and then you just have one don't be afraid of the darkness you can see with your lights on the finish line is this way even if i'm losing i still think i win dirt bikes make noises but the announcer is louder i also like chess in the rain if you put somebody in checkmate, you win watch out i'll always steal your queen

be a tornado, crank it up when hot meets cold systems of pressure, one above and one below thinking in pictures, thinking not in words- thinking in pictures, can you see what i just heard? be a coyote, tell the truth and say you lied see who believes you, then sit down and cry and cry be a tsunami, pull it in to let it go how come the animals get away but people don't? be a volcano, sleep and sleep 'til you explode be a buddha, don't tell anyone what you know thinking in pictures... the sun came a-honking like a goose in my dreams did you know the amazons were ladies swinging in the trees? something will happen tonight when you go to sleep, i will come find you and you'll fly away with me do you remember gryphons and lion-birds? do you surrender what you know to what you've heard? so what does it matter different paths to the same goal i have lost all fear of men, we must let the children know be a coyote, laugh and laugh 'til you explode love everybody, turn your tail and hit the road

damn everything but the circus damn everything not behind the curtains keep your eyes on things way up high there is always a woman who knows how to fly find your seat in the circle you won't believe your eyes there are clowns who act silly to hide that they are wise and a clown's only problem his solutions make new ones and he's got a wound as big as his shoes taught him to damn everything but the circus damn everything, even these curtains certain things lead you home certain things leave you lonesome "when ancestral kings corrupted their captains and the church blessed both captains and kings the court jester got laughs simply sniffing the air implying that the stink in the herring begins in its head in such times it's not surprising to find men and women crowding the nightclubs in hopes of seeing somebody sniff the air in such times clowns become witnesses" in such times kings live in fear i will meet you here we can damn everything but the circus... ...even these curtains give me something to believe in give me something i can wrap a dream in keep your eyes on things way up high there is always a woman who knows how to fly she says things are curious from the sky nothing is blurry but i am speeding by she is one hungry angel, her heart is mostly cold somebody should have loved her better long ago taught her to damn everything but... cassiopeia has her favorite stars she's gonna fly there, got wings on her car because she damns everything but the circus damns everything even these curtains things are curious from the sky nothing is blurry but i'm speeding by (in quotes: poem by Nelson Algren. title from e.e. cummings poem)

not hell 03:10
these pictures in my mind make me blind to reality i'm gonna fall back, let my head relax give things a chance to be what they really are it doesn't have to look like hell it doesn't have to smell like hell it doesn't have to be like hell if it is it doesn't have to break your heart, make you curse the dark, what's so bad about the dark and what you see? do you speak the language of trees? do you know what your soul really needs? do you care for the art of the bees? have you kissed your lover in the sea? just ask your questions, don't be defensive the life that you have is the one that you know just ask your questions, don't be defensive the life you have is the one and you know but these pictures...

desperate blossom, i don't care what's your name desperate blossom, where is it that you came from? desperate blossom, there ain't no water 'round for miles desperate blossom, and i heard you been here a while desperate blossom, i don't care what's your name... have they robbed you with evil jealousy? do you hide out here from those who would be mean to you? was it the east wind, was it the west? you wear the colors that you like best desperate blossom, i don't care what's your name...
